Are you having difficulties navigating changes in your life?
Maybe you’re starting college and have never been away from home before.
Or moving to a new place and don’t know anyone.
Maybe your child is starting middle school and worried about bullying.
Or you’re going through a divorce and your child is struggling with the new family structure.
You might simply be feeling like you’re growing and finding it difficult to navigate new roles and relationships.
Therapy is a great place to explore how these transitions are affecting you and determine effective coping skills. Read more here.

Creative individuals often experience a pressure to create that takes the joy out of artistic expression. Through exploration and fun creative exercises, I love helping clients find the joy in creating again and release the pressure and expectations put on them by others and themselves.
